Chemical peels are a great way to diminish the look of fine lines and wrinkles.

They smooth and soften the skin and increase hydration and suppleness.

Chemical Peels also have the ability to balance irregular skin tones and improve oily/acne prone skin.

In many cases, when a higher percentage of acid is used, the appearance of acne scarring has also been improved.

A bit More about the Peel’s that we use here at Aloe Vera Dental Studio;

· The Strength of the Peels are Superficial—Medium.

· The acid is neutralised at the end of the treatment, this enables the doctor to have maximum control over the peel procedure.

· This technique gives the doctor the ability to design a treatment plan to meet individual needs.

· There is Minimum downtime. Often referred to as a ‘lunchtime peel’ Most people look and feel normal within a few hours to a day.

How many treatments are needed?

Usually 4-6 treatments are required at three to four week intervals, to achieve the desired effect, although every patient is different.

This can be discussed in your appointment with the doctor.
